Waste and recycling collections

Due to staff shortages our contractor is having to rely on more temporary agency staff than usual.

While this means we can still schedule a normal service, collections will be completed much slower than they normally would.

To assist, please ensure your bins are out for collection by 6.30am. Please also confirm that other properties bins in your road have been emptied, before reporting your own bin as missed.

We are prioritising staffing the usual collection rounds over missed bins, if the crews are unable to return we will insist they take side waste on the next visit.
